Nope: parents' guide
Best for ages 15 and up. Rated R for language throughout and some violence/bloody images.
An ambitious, often thrilling sci-fi horror film from Jordan Peele for older teens. Two siblings who train horses for Hollywood try to capture footage of a mysterious object in the sky above their ranch. Strong language runs throughout, with dozens of f-words, and a flashback to a chimpanzee's bloody rampage on a 1990s TV set is shocking. Expect jump scares, blood raining onto a house, and a crowd of spectators, families included, taken by the creature. There is no sexual content. We suggest 15 for the language and the brief but intense gore.

Worth talking about
The film asks what people will risk to capture a spectacle on camera. Talk about why we are drawn to filming disasters, and what it costs the people and animals involved.
