Mickey's Tale of Two Witches: parents' guide
Best for ages 4 and up. Rated TV-Y.
A sweet, song-filled Halloween special for preschoolers, a little under an hour long. Mickey tells Pluto a story in which Minnie and Daisy are witches in training who must pass four tests to graduate from a witch academy. Daisy doubts herself, and the pair team up with Count Mickula and the rest of the gang after Pete, as a mischievous ghost, makes trouble. Everyone is dressed as a classic monster, but they are all friendly, and the message is that friendship makes magic stronger. Age 4 reflects the ghostly villain and the length more than any real scares.
