Beast Games: parents' guide
Best for ages 10 and up. Rated TV-PG.
A splashy, money-obsessed game show from YouTuber MrBeast that suits tweens and up. A thousand contestants compete for a $5 million prize through stunts, endurance tests and loyalty traps, with cash offers tempting players to betray teammates. There is no violence, but the emotional pressure is intense, with screaming, sobbing and players ganging up on one another. Swearing is the main issue: frequent 'oh my God,' bleeped f-words and a few uncensored s-words. A second season ran in 2026 in the same format. The show also doubles as an ad for the host's brand. Best for 10 and up, ideally with a chat about money and loyalty.
